The development, which is set to be completed by 2022, will provide a range of new shopping, dining and entertainment options for the local community. The new integrated transport hub and mall, dubbed the ‘Hilton Mall’, is a joint venture between the Singapore Land Authority and real estate developer, Ascendas-Singbridge. The mall will occupy a four-hectare site that is currently occupied by a shopping centre and car park. It will feature over 300 retail and dining outlets, including a department store, supermarket, food court and cinema. The project will also include a new bus interchange, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
